Refund and Returns Policy

We require customers to inspect and accept all goods at the point of delivery or pick up. If customers express any dissatisfaction and return non-living goods without any damage along with original sales receipt, we refund total amount charged for returned goods with in 2 to 5 days. We do not offer refunds or returns on items accepted as being in good health for live plants, at the time of delivery or pick up. 

Method of refund –

To the same form of payment used, total amount will be refunded. For non-accepted delivered products, customer will be charged for delivery and refund will be given for only products that were returned. No additional charges will be added to the returned goods.

 

Condition of Sale

After you submit your order and the checkout process is completed, your order is taken from inventory and your credit card is charged immediately. We take pride in growing and maintaining our plants on-site year-round at local greenhouse. Customer agrees that their order will be delivered with non-signature to maintain social distancing. During check out, by providing customer’s contact phone number, delivery is well organized to ensure plants are properly placed in the porch. Please keep in mind that plants can be damaged by extreme heat or cold weather while in transit. At the time of delivery please inspect the product/s and provide acceptance. If you are not satisfied with the product at the delivery, please do not accept the product. Please contact within 4 hours of delivery. 

Gift Cards –

Terms and Conditions Gift Cards Funds do not expire. No additional fees. Gift Card represents a prepayment for goods that are sold at Van Luyk’s online store only. Use of Van Luyk’s Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Gift Card. Protect the gift card and treat it as you would cash. If Van Luyk’s gift card is lost, stolen or destroyed, it will not be replaced and the value remaining will be lost. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
